Educational and reference use only. SynapseRx Psych is designed to support clinical learning, medication review, and workflow organization. It does not replace clinical judgment, official prescribing information, institutional policy, or comprehensive drug databases.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SynapseRx Psych, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

Nature of the Service

SynapseRx Psych is a psychiatric medication reference, clinical education, and workflow-support tool intended for healthcare professionals, students, educators, and supervised trainees in psychiatry and related fields.

No Medical Advice

SynapseRx Psych does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment for any individual patient. Content may include medication information, comparisons, screening support, DSM/ICD educational tools, interaction awareness, treatment-planning support, documentation drafts, or patient-education language. All such content is informational and must be independently reviewed and verified before use.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for all clinical decisions and patient care. Always verify dosing, contraindications, drug interactions, pregnancy and lactation considerations, warnings, monitoring, diagnostic criteria, and recommendations using current FDA labeling, DailyMed, clinical guidelines, institutional protocols, and professional drug databases when appropriate.

Workflow Tools and Generated Content

Features that generate or structure clinical outputs, including screening summaries, diagnostic support, treatment plans, notes, medication education, or patient handouts, are assistive workflow tools only. Generated content is not final clinical documentation and must be reviewed, edited, verified, and approved by the user before use in patient care.

Protected Health Information

SynapseRx Psych is not intended to store patient-identifiable information or protected health information. Do not enter patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, addresses, phone numbers, photographs, insurance identifiers, or other identifiers into search fields, notes, exports, diagnosis-support tools, medication lists, or other free-text workflows.

Accounts, Subscriptions, and Paid Features

Some features may require an account or paid subscription. Subscriptions, checkout, billing, cancellation, and account access may be processed through third-party services such as Stripe, Clerk, Netlify, and hosting or domain providers. Paid features, pricing, access rules, and availability may change over time.

Third-Party Services

Third-party services used for authentication, payments, hosting, analytics, deployment, or support may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies. SynapseRx Psych is not responsible for the independent practices of those providers.

Content Currency and Limitations

Drug information, labeling, warnings, dosing, approvals, guideline recommendations, and clinical evidence may change over time. SynapseRx Psych may not immediately reflect newly released warnings, approvals, contraindications, dosing changes, guideline changes, or safety updates.

Intellectual Property

SynapseRx Psych, including its content, design, structure, branding, educational materials, and code, is proprietary. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, modify, or commercialize any part of SynapseRx Psych without express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

SynapseRx Psych is provided as an informational tool. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SynapseRx Psych disclaims liability for clinical decisions, patient outcomes, errors, omissions, damages, losses, or other consequences arising from use of the app or website.

Changes to the Service
